Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate (BMD) – Gut Acting Antibiotic & Performance Enhancer

AMOCORP® BMD is a gut-acting antibiotic and performance enhancer containing Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate derived from selected strains of Bacillus licheniformis and B. subtilis. It is widely used as an antibacterial feed additive to improve weight gain and feed efficiency in poultry.

• Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate (BMD): 100 g per kg
• Carrier: Q.S.

Mode of Action

AMOCORP® BMD acts by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis and adversely affecting protein synthesis and membrane function in both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

Feeding Direction

• Broilers: 200 grams per ton of feed as growth promoter
• Layers: 200 grams per ton of feed for better egg production
• Breeders: 200 grams per ton of feed for better hatchability

In Case of Necrotic Enteritis:
500 grams per ton of feed or as directed by veterinarian
