CORP L-10® is a synthetic broad-spectrum third generation fluoroquinolone.
Its antibacterial spectrum is excellent and it is sensitive against almost all
Gram -ve, Gram +ve bacteria and Mycoplasma spp. in poultry.
Composition
Each gram of CORP L-10® contains:
- Levofloxacin : 100 mg
- Excipients : Q.S.
Mechanism of Action
CORP L-10 inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV
(type II topoisomerases), which are essential enzymes required for DNA replication,
transcription, repair, and recombination in bacteria, resulting in rapid bacterial cell death.

- Clinically effective against a wide range of Gram +ve, Gram -ve organisms and Mycoplasma spp.

Dosage
Prevention:
- 2 – 4 gm per 10 litres of drinking water for 3 – 5 days
Treatment:
- 4 – 8 gm per 10 litres of drinking water for 3 – 5 days Or as directed by the Veterinarian
