VETCHLOR PLUS® is a powerful antibiotic combination formulated for the prevention and treatment of respiratory and gastrointestinal bacterial infections in poultry. It provides superior efficacy against Mycoplasma, Gram-positive organisms, and other common pathogens affecting bird health and performance.

Composition

Each gram contains:

• Azithromycin Dihydrate I.P. (Equivalent to Azithromycin) – 100 mg
• Bromhexine Hydrochloride – 7.5 mg
• Excipients – Q.S.

Indications

• Prevention and treatment of Mycoplasma infections
• Brooder pneumonia
• Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD)
• Infectious coryza
• Lower and upper respiratory tract infections
• E. coli infections
• Gastrointestinal tract infections
• Gram-positive bacterial infections

Mode of Action

VETCHLOR PLUS® inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit, thereby preventing bacterial growth and multiplication and leading to effective control of infections.

Dosage

• 10 mg per kg body weight for 3–5 days
• Or 100 gm per 200–300 litres of drinking water for 3–5 days
• Or as directed by veterinary consultant
